Fuel Conditioning and Consumption Measurement

  • Density, temperature and flow rate of the fuel can be measured precisely with the coriolis type flow meter.
  • Depending on the need, the fuel outlet line can be pressurized (optional). If the pressure in the fuel outlet line is not desired, it can be adjusted with a pressure regulator.
  • A system has been added to the fuel line to remove air bubbles that may form in the engine return and return lines. Thus, it can be ensured that the fuel is airless before it is sent to the engine.
  • In the system, there is a 3-way proportional valve that allows the fuel to be sent to the engine at the set temperature. Thanks to this valve, the fuel is sent proportionally from the plate heat exchanger for cooling or from the heater for heating.
