DWF Series Weighing Feeders; It is used in industrial processes to ensure the Power supply of materials continuously or over specified recipes according to the desired flow rate.
The working principle of the system, PC100BW belt scale measurement and control device, the determined flows of materials, actual flows, material quantities, fault-warning messages, all information can be sent to the computer, printer or display (remote display screen) with the RS485-RS232 Output feature available as an option.
There are digital inputs for speed measurement and control, and analogue inputs for weight measurement and control. Thanks to the external Analogue set Input, it can be integrated into PLC, DCS, PC control systems, so that the flow can be controlled from these systems. Flow information Analogue Output transmits flow information to these systems. Digital Outputs for alarm and control purposes are also available.
All Inputs and Outputs are isolated to ensure that they are not affected by grounding deficiencies in the facilities and to ensure precise operation.
